Lorri Molnar, ABR, CRB, GRI was licensed in 1977 and is currently the Principal Broker for Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty. In 2018, Columbus Realtors recognized her as "Broker of the Year". Lorri was the 2010 OAR recipient of the "Excellence in Community Service" award.
Lorri has also served on the Columbus Board of Realtors in the following capacities, CORPAC, REALTOR CARE DAY and served many years on the Education Committee. While serving as Chair in 2009 that Committee recommended a CBR contract with the CE Shop for ONLINE classes which was approved. Prior to that, Lorri headed a task force to write a new course for Columbus Realtors entitled "the ABCs of Real Estate", which was written and approved by the Board of Directors. Under her leadership, CBR was awarded a $15,000 grant from NAR for "Consumer Workshops on Foreclosure Prevention" which was held in April 2010. Lorri has also served as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Ohio CRB 2010/11; as President, from 2012-2014. Lorri still serves on OAR Enlarged Legislative Committee, OAR Legal Forum, and OAR Professional Standards. In 2010, she was appointed to a vacated term as a CBR Director.
In 2008 and 2014, Lorri was awarded "Instructor of the Year" for her work in teaching Ethics in New Member Orientation and her writing and teaching of "Ethics: What Would you do?" which is an interactive CE course. In 2010 she was a part of the task force and later Advisory Board for Columbus Realtors Leadership Academy which is now beginning its 9th class. Lorri was Chairman of that committee in 2013-2014.
In 2020 Lorri served on the Association Board of Directors and chaired the MLS Board of Directors. Lorri CURRENTLY serves on Columbus Realtors Broker Advisory Council, and Professional Standards Committees where she serves as part of Hearing Panels.
