Jill Fergus

I’ve spent more than 35 years working in Central Ohio real estate, and throughout my career I’ve learned that real estate is about much more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, trust, and helping others achieve their goals.

As Principal Broker of Keller Williams Capital Partners, I bring decades of real estate experience, extensive knowledge of the Central Ohio market, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. I’ve spent much of my career helping buyers and sellers navigate important real estate decisions, but one of the most rewarding parts of my role today is supporting the real estate agents who call Keller Williams Capital Partners home.

I love helping agents develop their skills, grow their businesses, and build confidence in their abilities. Whether I’m helping someone work through a challenging real estate transaction, sharing lessons I’ve learned over the years, or celebrating an agent’s success, I believe we are all stronger when we work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

My philosophy is simple: put people first, share what you know, help each other succeed, and have fun along the way.

I believe a strong real estate community is built on trust, generosity, professionalism, open communication, and a willingness to continue learning from one another.

Outside of real estate, I love traveling, discovering new places, and getting my hands dirty in the pottery studio. I’m an enthusiastic clay artist and especially enjoy creating colorful bowls, wall tiles, birdhouses, and whimsical garden art. My Thursday evening pottery classes are also one of my favorite times of the week — a chance for creativity, friendship, and plenty of laughter with my fellow “Claydies.”

Whether I’m helping an agent navigate a difficult situation, working with a client, or creating something new out of clay, I try to bring curiosity, creativity, humor, experience, and a genuine love of people to everything I do.
